Christmas touches everyone  and everything at our house!  With pine boughs in an arrangement on the livingroom table the pine fragrance travels through the room --the scent of Christmas.  Strings of lights surround our windows and front door, a decorated tree  and the poinsettia garland on the fireplace mantel . They are twinkling a Merry Christmas message that makes the house a cheerful place.The sights of Christmas!  Candles lend their warmth and  glowing light to the family gathered there-the lights of Christmas. Gloria's violin music  is a familiar tune that my heart responds to, " O come let us adore Him, O come let us adore Him, O come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord-the sounds of Christmas. Buttered slices  of pumpkin bread arranged on a holiday plate are welcomed refreshment with fruit punch-the taste of Christmas!  The nativity figures in a creche are visual reminders of the fulfilled prophecy that a Savior is given. His name shall be called Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins-the heart of Christmas!
